Goodbye, Magic. You showed up to a party in our backyard seven years ago and never left. That winter we had to let you inside, we couldn’t just let you freeze. You became a part of our family, and in exchange, you brought us the traditional presents of headless rabbits and dead birds and the like. This summer won’t be the same without you. I just hope you enjoyed your time with us as much as we enjoyed ours with you. Have fun up in kitty heaven with all the birds and chipmunks you can chase. We’ll miss you.

When I’m upset a picture like this will take me to another world, where I’m the one flying the plane, getting ready to touch down on that crystal water and spend my day on the beach until I have to leave, when I’ll take to the skies yet again. Its just all so satisfying. One day, Brian. One day.

Got sick.
Failed my Calculus test.
Had my Zelda 3DS stolen.
Found out my cat has a tumor and we don’t know how long she has left.
Not a good week for me.

DHC-2 Beaver. Its ruggedness, reliability, and old-fashioned good looks make this one of my dream planes. It’s just a bad ass machine. Coupled with floats, enabling it to land on almost any river or lake, it gives its pilot the freedom and confidence to go wherever he pleases. Hopefully one day I’ll be the proud owner of one of these machines, and I will take it everywhere from bush Alaska to the Caribbean… WATCH OUT Y’ALL.

So, for a little while my blog is going to turn into an airplane appreciation thread, showing a few of my dream planes. Hope you don’t mind. Even if you do, I don’t really care. =D

So I realized that when I get really really excited about something, I put my elbows against my side and flap my hands around like a dumbass. WOOOOOOOO!!!!!

You’ve definitely got some talent. And a future, possibly.
